Shipping Fees
All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Shipping fees will be calculated and communicated prior to order confirmation. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to pay all associated shipping charges.
Shipping Methods
The Purchaser must select their preferred method of shipping and communicate this to the Vendor. Shipping rates, delivery times, and available services vary depending on the chosen carrier, destination, and package size.
Processing Time
Processing time may vary depending on shipping and associated logistics.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. Any reshipment fees due to address errors must be covered by the purchaser.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged in transit. If an issue occurs, the Purchaser may be required to file a claim directly with the carrier.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, any return shipping costs or additional fees will be deducted from the purchaser’s refund or charged prior to reshipment.
Changes to Shipping Terms
We reserve the right to update these Shipping Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately unless otherwise stated.
